So far from what I have read I feel confident in this course of building my own home, everything is clear and detail on each process

Just finished the course. I found it very informative and a necessity if you going to become a builder on your own as I am. This is the only support I have to reach my goals.

I'm quite pleased with this course. The content was quite extensive with a mix of text, videos, and forms given. The use of a sample build was helpful and aided in my understanding throughout. I reached out to Michael early on and he responded right away to assist me in attaining a proper, rough building estimate for my area.

I am greatfull for taking this course and this course is better than many of those I have taking online. Better explanations, with realty construction site videos.

So far I've learned enough from the financing part of the course to probably justify the cost of the course.

This course covered most of the questions I had and so many questions that I didn’t know I needed the answer to.

Contains a lot of useful information for every step of the process. Great for Owner builders. Better than i had expected. Includes a checklist at several major steps which is handy. Well worth the money. Only reservation is: I am an owner builder who want to tackles some of the work myself, so while this is very detailed on the process and steps, will not show how to do Electrical or Plumbing yourself. Might be helpful to also show what examples of typical failures, to help ensure you or your trade doesn't make the same mistake. Another difficult items is costing. Examples given is very compared to California. Examples. Geologist for soils testing or compaction. In California this can run you $4,000 or more, opposed to a few hundred in other areas. Michael is also very helpful in answering questions.

This training course is second to none. Hands down the best course of it's kind I have ever taken. I recommend this course to everyone that is interested in building their own home...or want to better ensure a high quality home build by their General Contractor.
